About this opportunity
The PSC Scholarship is the government's premier merit scholarship for a career in the Singapore Public Service. Scholars pursue a variety of disciplines at different universities and are posted to a ministry or statutory board depending on the needs of the Service. The award covers tuition fees and other approved charges, maintenance and other allowances, return airfare for overseas degrees and sponsored development programmes, with master's sponsorship if requirements are met. A bond applies after graduation.

Singapore Citizens with strong leadership qualities and potential and good academic and non-academic records. Academic requirement: GCE A-levels, IB, NUS High School Diploma, Polytechnic Diploma with merit, or another high school diploma or equivalent; you may apply before your final results. Mid-term applicants need at least one semester of university results and apply before their final year.
How to apply
Submit an online application with supporting documents, an essay and a video interview. Applications for 2027 are open and close on 15 March 2027; shortlisted candidates are told the next stages.
