<p>The Singapore Science &amp; Engineering Fair (SSEF) is a national research competition organised by the Ministry of Education, A*STAR, and Science Centre Singapore. It is the country's affiliate of the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), and serves as the selection route for Team Singapore to the international fair.</p><ul><li>Open to secondary and pre-university students in Singapore-based MOE schools, regardless of nationality.</li><li>Projects may be submitted as an individual or as a team of up to three students; each student may submit only one project.</li><li>Entries are judged by panels of academic and industry researchers, with top entries selected for ISEF representation — only Singapore citizens and PRs qualify for the ISEF team.</li><li>Awards include Gold, Silver and Bronze at the national fair, alongside a range of special prizes and category awards.</li><li>The 2026 fair ran 9–11 March 2026 at Singapore Expo; project submission and internal school selection typically happen in the months leading up to the fair.</li></ul>
