<p>The DSTA Scholarship is a fully-funded undergraduate award for Singapore citizens pursuing degrees in engineering, computing, digital technologies, mathematics, or science at local or overseas universities. The scholarship supports DSTA's mission to develop defence technology; mathematics graduates typically work on applied research, data analytics, or cryptography roles post-graduation.</p><ul><li>Open to Singapore citizens with GCE 'A' Level results or equivalent (e.g. IB, NUS High School Diploma) or a Polytechnic Diploma.</li><li>Eligible fields include engineering, computing, information and digital technologies, mathematics, and science.</li><li>Covers full tuition, annual allowances, overseas exchange programme sponsorship, and internship experiences.</li><li>Service commitment: four years for study in Singapore; five years (non-English-speaking countries) or six years (English-speaking countries) for overseas study.</li><li>Candidates are assessed on academic results, leadership, and passion for defence science and technology.</li></ul><p>The current application period is open till 31 December 2026; apply via the DSTA Scholarships page at dsta.gov.sg.</p>
