<p>The Nanyang Research Programme (NRP) is NTU's flagship pre-university research attachment, run through NTU's Talent Outreach arm. Selected JC1 and IP Year 5 students work on an individual or paired research project in NTU labs under faculty supervision across approximately ten months, culminating in a research paper and oral presentation.</p><ul><li>Projects span the College of Computing and Data Science, Engineering, Science, Humanities/Arts/Social Sciences, Nanyang Business School, and the National Institute of Education</li><li>Programme commences in mid-April and runs through the following March, with a progress report in September, paper submission in January, and oral presentations in late February or early March</li><li>Can be taken as an examinable H3 module</li><li>Eligibility: JC1 / IP Year 5 students with strong STEM foundations; school endorsement required</li><li>2026 intake: applications 4–24 February 2026; results announced 24 March 2026; programme commences 13 April 2026</li></ul><p>Apply via NTU's NRP application page after securing school endorsement.</p>
