About this opportunity

<p>Young Trailblazers is a national youth innovation and social-entrepreneurship competition run by Acorn Training and Oaktree Enrichment. Teams tackle problem statements tied to Singapore's societal priorities — sustainable living, inclusivity, eldercare, mental health, and digital equity — and develop real solutions through a structured Design Thinking and incubation journey.</p><ul><li>Eligibility: Secondary category for ages 15–17 (Upper Secondary and IP students); Tertiary category for ages 17+ (JC, Polytechnic, ITE, and IP Year 5–6 students)</li><li>Training: workshops on Design Thinking, prototyping, business pitching, and social media marketing</li><li>Support: mentorship from industry experts, market validation, feasibility testing, and business pitching practice</li><li>Post-finals: winners and finalists can access ecosystem partners, potential funding, and incubation opportunities</li><li>Running since 2018 as a not-for-profit movement; more than 400 teams have participated to date</li></ul><p>Register via the official sign-up page at youngtrailblazers.sg/signup when the 2026 cycle opens.</p>
