<p>The ASEAN Youth Fellowship (AYF) is a week-long residential leadership programme for established young ASEAN leaders, organised by the National Youth Council with the Singapore International Foundation and powered by the Singapore-ASEAN Youth Fund. Fellows engage in cross-country dialogue, immersive institutional visits, and high-level policy discussions.</p><ul><li>Open to ASEAN citizens aged 27–35 with a leadership track record in their community.</li><li>Week-long residential programme based in Singapore with regional learning journeys.</li><li>Fellows engage with senior policy-makers, thought leaders, and Singapore institutions such as Changi Airport Group, JTC, Singtel, and DBS.</li><li>Applications for AYF 2026 close 24 May 2026; outcomes notified by September 2026.</li></ul><p>Applications are submitted through the AYF 2026 registration form on the NYC website.</p>
