<p>The Youth Action Challenge (YAC) is a structured six-month programme by the National Youth Council of Singapore that helps youths co-create solutions to issues they care about. In partnership with Citi Foundation and UNDP via the Youth Co:Lab initiative, teams work with mentors and industry experts to develop and pilot community projects across themes like inclusion, sustainability, mental health, and digital safety.</p> <ul> <li>Eligibility: Singaporean or Singapore PR youths aged 15–35, with informal ground-up groups or young social enterprises less than two years old</li> <li>Teams should have a majority of Singapore Citizen or PR members; foreigners may join as part of a team</li> <li>Six-month programme featuring curated workshops, mentorship, and guidance from industry professionals</li> <li>Seed grants of SGD 5,000 to SGD 50,000 awarded to selected teams to execute their solutions</li> <li>Run in seasons — Season 6 ran October 2024 – April 2025</li> </ul> <p>Applications open via the NYC Youth Action Challenge page when each new season is announced.</p>
