About this opportunity

<p>The Young ChangeMakers (YCM) Grant is a by-youth-for-youth programme run by Singapore's National Youth Council that funds community-benefiting ground-up projects. Youth applicants can receive seed funding to kickstart their own initiatives alongside networking, mentoring, and project-development support.</p><ul><li>Grant funding of up to S$3,000 or S$5,000 for the core YCM track; higher amounts (up to S$7,000-S$8,000) via themed variants such as Youth Heritage Kickstarter Fund, YouthCreates (Sport), and Bilingualism</li><li>Eligibility: Singaporean or Singapore PR youths (age range commonly 15-35 depending on variant)</li><li>Applications are submitted via the OurSG Grants Portal with SingPass login</li><li>Submit at least 8 weeks before the project implementation month</li><li>Rolling intake, no fixed overall deadline</li></ul><p>See the NYC programme page for factsheets, guidebooks, and links to each themed YCM variant.</p>
