<p>The Sony World Photography Awards Youth competition is the youth track of the Sony World Photography Awards, run by the World Photography Organisation. It invites photographers aged 19 and under worldwide to submit up to three images responding to a set theme, with the winner named Youth Photographer of the Year.</p><ul><li>Open globally to photographers aged 19 and under; free to enter.</li><li>Entrants may submit up to three images aligned to the theme for each edition.</li><li>Judges select a shortlist of up to 10 photographers to compete for the Youth Photographer of the Year title.</li><li>The overall winner receives Sony Digital Imaging equipment, flights and accommodation to the awards ceremony in London, a certificate and trophy, inclusion in the annual awards book, and display in the London exhibition.</li><li>Shortlisted photographers are also featured in the book, exhibition, and on the World Photography Organisation's channels.</li></ul><p>Submissions are made online via the World Photography Organisation's entry portal when the competition opens each year (typically in June).</p>
