<p>Girls2Pioneers is United Women Singapore's flagship STEM outreach programme, working to inspire and encourage girls and young women to explore and pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Volunteers contribute as STEM mentors, workshop facilitators, career-talk speakers, and UWS STEM Fest helpers, supporting participants from schools, homes, and community organisations.</p><ul><li>Target participants: girls and young women aged 8–24 across Singapore.</li><li>Volunteer roles: mentoring, workshop facilitation, speaker series, job-attachment supervision, and event support.</li><li>Activity formats include workshops, field trips, talks, and the annual UWS STEM Fest.</li><li>Over 40,000 girls and young women reached since the programme launched in 2014.</li><li>Open to female students and professionals interested in STEM advocacy and mentoring.</li></ul><p>Volunteer interest can be registered through the United Women Singapore Get Involved page.</p>
