<p>The Youth Cyber Exploration Programme (YCEP) is a cybersecurity bootcamp organised by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) together with Cyber Youth Singapore and all five local polytechnics, aimed at introducing secondary school students to cybersecurity. It combines hands-on training in areas such as network security, digital forensics, cryptography, and ethical hacking.</p> <ul> <li>Eligibility: secondary school students in Singapore; first-time participants given priority</li> <li>Duration: three days per venue</li> <li>Venues: the five polytechnics (Nanyang, Ngee Ann, Republic, Singapore, Temasek), ITE College West, and SIT — which hosts a dedicated girls-only cohort</li> <li>Top-scoring participants are invited to the Central Capture-The-Flag (CCTF) competition to compete further</li> <li>Programme is free of charge</li> </ul> <p>Registration opens earlier in the year with acceptance notifications typically sent by mid-May for the June bootcamps.</p>
