<p>Smart Nation Ambassadors (SNAs) are GovTech's community of volunteers helping fellow Singaporeans adopt digital government services and build digital confidence. Ambassadors run digital-skills workshops at events and roadshows, gather feedback on digital services, and support public outreach activities. The programme launched in January 2019.</p><ul><li>Open to members of the public with an interest in technology and digital inclusion; Singapore citizens and PRs preferred for most activities</li><li>Activities include roadshows, focus groups, and guiding attendees at events like the Digital Inclusion Festival and Smart Nation & U</li><li>Flexible commitment — participate on an event-by-event basis</li><li>Hybrid: most activities in person across Singapore; some online surveys and feedback sessions</li><li>Sign-up also allows joining the Tech Kaki user-research community</li></ul><p>Sign up via the GovTech Communities form and opt in to the SNA community.</p>
