About this opportunity

<p>The Singapore Secondary Schools Debating Championships (SSSDC) is Singapore's main inter-school debating tournament for secondary school teams, organised since 1999 by Julia Gabriel Centre and co-organised by the Debate Association (Singapore). Around 70 schools — secondary, Integrated Programme and international — compete each year.</p><ul><li>Held over a series of Friday evenings from February to April</li><li>Uses a modified World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC) format</li><li>Teams are divided into Division I, II and III so schools compete against opponents with similar experience</li><li>Team-based entry through schools</li></ul><p>For more information about entering the SSSDC, contact Mark Gabriel at markgabriel@juliagabriel.com.</p>
