About this opportunity

<p>The Singapore Cancer Society (SCS) Volunteer Programme invites students and members of the public to help minimise the impact of cancer in Singapore across prevention, treatment, and survivorship. Volunteers support educational talks, community screening, fundraising events, and patient-facing activities, and students can also engage through the Next Gen Rising: Youth Against Cancer initiative.</p><ul><li>Run by Singapore Cancer Society, coordinated through the Community Partnership Department</li><li>Volunteer tracks span Community Screening, Corporate and Community Talks, Community Engagement (Race Against Cancer, Relay for Life), Communications, and the Silver Ambassador programme for ages 50+</li><li>Minimum commitment is around 12 hours per year across chosen activities</li><li>Next Gen Rising: Youth Against Cancer offers school talks, youth conversations, youth-led advocacy, and Relay For Life for younger volunteers</li><li>Open to volunteers from all walks of life</li></ul><p>Sign up via the SCS volunteer self-registration form on the Singapore Cancer Society website.</p>
