<p>The ASEAN Youth Fellowship (AYF) is a regional leadership development programme for professional youth leaders across Southeast Asia. Organised by the Singapore International Foundation (SIF) in partnership with the National Youth Council (NYC) Singapore since 2018, AYF brings fellows together for a week of immersive learning, dialogues with policy-makers and industry experts, and on-the-ground engagements that build cross-sectoral collaboration across ASEAN.</p><ul><li>Open to professionals aged 27 to 35 who are citizens of an ASEAN member state and have a proven leadership track record.</li><li>The 8th edition runs in person from 13 to 20 November 2026 across Singapore and Manila, Philippines.</li><li>Applications close 24 May 2026, 11:59pm (GMT+8); outcomes notified by September 2026.</li><li>Alumni network of 200+ fellows since 2018.</li></ul><p>Register at go.gov.sg/ayf-apply.
