<p>The National Young Leaders Fellowship (NYLF) is a nine-month experiential fellowship from Halogen Foundation Singapore for around 40 outstanding youths aged 15 to 19. It recognises and develops young leaders — selected regardless of academic achievement — who show conviction and passion, and want to lead themselves, others and change in their communities.</p><ul><li>Eligibility: youth aged 15–19 from Singapore secondary or tertiary institutions (ITE, JC, Polytechnic, or International Schools)</li><li>Selectivity: highly competitive — roughly 40 fellows are chosen from several hundred applicants each year</li><li>Structure: five-day in-person induction conference, 1:1 mentorship with selected mentors, roundtable discussions with leaders on social issues, and project incubation with Halogen's network and resources</li><li>Duration: nine months</li><li>Cost: free for selected fellows</li></ul><p>Applications open annually via Halogen's NYLF page; subscribe to the Halogen mailing list for the next cohort's application window.</p>
