About this opportunity

A free four-day holiday bootcamp where secondary and JC students build games in Unity with C#, or web apps with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, using the GitHub Copilot AI coding assistant in Visual Studio Code. It is fully funded by IMDA and run by Tinkercademy, a Microsoft training partner. The 2026 run was held in the June holidays at St. Patrick's School, with lunch provided.

Who can apply

Students from MOE secondary schools and junior colleges. Infocomm Media Club members get priority if places are oversubscribed.

How to apply

Register through the form on the bootcamp page, ranking the game dev and web dev tracks; teachers can bulk-register students by email. The 2026 bootcamp ran on 3, 4, 5 and 8 June at St. Patrick's School with registration closing on 20 May, and 2027 dates are not yet announced.
