<p>A 9–12 month community leadership programme run by Youth Corps Singapore under the National Youth Council. Participants design and implement sustainable service-learning projects that tackle real community needs, with training and mentorship from Youth Corps staff and national or community-agency partners.</p><ul><li>Open to youths aged 17–25 with some prior leadership or community-service experience</li><li>Each cohort undergoes a selection exercise and interview before intake</li><li>Participants design their own leadership journey across different social causes and project pathways</li><li>Graduates are conferred Youth Corps Leader status and can access funding through the Pay-it-Forward Award, along with mentoring and internship pathways</li><li>No programme fee; multiple cohorts run per year</li></ul>
