<p>The Youth Leadership Program is a Toastmasters International workshop for ages 14 to 18 that builds communication and leadership skills through practical experience. Each cohort is limited to 25 students and is run by a sponsoring Toastmasters club, often in cooperation with a school.</p> <ul> <li>Eight one- to two-hour sessions, run during or after school or on weekends.</li> <li>Meetings follow a Toastmasters-style agenda: prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, parliamentary procedure, and rotating presiding-officer roles.</li> <li>Eligibility: ages 14 to 18.</li> <li>Sponsoring clubs cover programme costs; participants pay nothing for tuition or materials.</li> <li>Students who complete the workshop receive a Youth Leadership Completion Certificate.</li> </ul> <p>Enrolment is by invitation of the sponsoring Toastmasters club or partner school; contact a local Singapore club to register interest.</p>
