<p>The Singapore Academy of Young Engineers and Scientists (SAYES) is a youth-led STEM academy based at Science Centre Singapore. Members discuss and debate science in a wider context, lead community initiatives, and develop knowledge and professional skills across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.</p><ul><li>Open to applicants aged 15 to 30 with prior involvement in Science Centre programmes (e.g. Young Scientist Badge, Questa Club, Youth Science Ambassadors) or in STEM competitions/volunteering</li><li>Annual membership fee: S$15</li><li>Three-step joining process: online registration, interview, onboarding</li><li>Benefits include exploring STEM career paths, tracking scientific achievements, and networking with fellow science-minded peers</li><li>Run by youths, for youths — safe space for discussion, debate, and youth-led initiatives</li></ul>
