About this opportunity

<p>A half-day outreach programme run by the NUS Department of Mathematics since 2015 for junior college students interested in, or considering, studying mathematics at university. Each session introduces NUS mathematics programmes and highlights real-world applications of mathematics.</p><ul><li>Open to JC students, preferably JC2, with a strong interest in mathematics</li><li>Each session runs 2.30pm–5.00pm at NUS Kent Ridge campus</li><li>Includes an introductory talk on NUS maths programmes, enrichment talks by faculty, and a hands-on interactive activity (often using Maple software)</li><li>Multiple dates between February and April each year</li><li>Registration by email to the Department of Mathematics office; first-come-first-served, subject to availability</li></ul>
