<p>NTUC Health volunteers support seniors at its nursing homes, active ageing centres and day centres, bringing cheer through activity facilitation, workshops and befriending. Volunteers also empower residents with new skills and help create a more inclusive community for older Singaporeans.</p> <ul> <li>Roles include activity coordination, hairdressing, home visiting, befriending, and running workshops or outings</li> <li>Open to individuals, groups and corporate volunteers; past volunteers include 14-year-olds joining Nursing Home (Tampines) and older adults supporting Active Ageing Hubs</li> <li>Commitment is flexible – volunteers can come weekly, monthly, or on an ad hoc basis</li> <li>NTUC Health operates nursing homes, day care centres, Active Ageing Hubs and Senior Activity Centres across Singapore</li> </ul> <p>To get involved, register interest through the NTUC Health volunteer page or contact activeageing@ntuchealth.sg.</p>
