About this opportunity

<p>The World Series of Innovation (WSI) is a free global competition run by the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) that invites young people worldwide to submit innovative solutions to challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Sponsored challenges are set by leading companies — for example EY, PayPal, MetLife, Comerica and EverBank — and span themes from quality education to climate action.</p> <ul> <li>Eligibility: young innovators aged roughly 5–24 worldwide. The Imagination League is for ages 5–12 and the Impact League is for ages 13–24.</li> <li>Entry: compete individually or as a team; submit a written innovation entry on the WSI awards platform.</li> <li>Challenges: multiple themed SDG challenges each cycle, each sponsored by a partner organisation.</li> <li>Prizes: cash prizes (historically up to US$1,500 for first place per challenge) plus recognition; a special prize goes to the school or organisation with the most submissions.</li> <li>Format: fully online and open globally, with no entry fee.</li> <li>Cycle: annual, with submissions typically closing in December and finalists announced early the following year.</li> </ul> <p>Sign up on the WSI awards platform, choose a challenge, and submit your innovation before the December deadline for that cycle.</p>
