About this opportunity
An undergraduate scholarship for students who want a civilian career keeping Singapore safe, either as a Home Team generalist in policy, research and corporate roles or as a specialist in commercial affairs, intelligence, internal security or psychology. It covers tuition and approved fees and a monthly allowance at a local or overseas university, followed by a bond of four to six years.
Who can apply
Singapore Citizens, or PRs intending to take up citizenship, with a GCE A-Level, IB, polytechnic, NUS High School or other high school diploma, good academic and CCA records and strong leadership potential. Current undergraduates not in their final year may also apply. Most disciplines are accepted except medicine, dentistry and architecture; specialist tracks need a relevant discipline.
