<p>IMNA (I'M Not Alone) is Impart's Mental Health Care volunteer role where Youth Advocates serve as the first line of response for children and youths facing psychological or life adversity while they await access to professional help. Advocates build emotional safety, motivation, and readiness for change to support resilience and stability.</p><ul><li>Volunteers work directly with 1 to 3 children or youths over a minimum one-year commitment.</li><li>Consistent workload of about 1 hour per week.</li><li>Training includes in-house youth engagement plus external training in Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.</li><li>Responsibilities include linking youths to relevant resources and managing crises as they arise.</li><li>Eligibility: 21 years and above; background in psychology, social work, criminology, counselling, or related fields; S$200 deposit required.</li></ul><p>Register through Impart's volunteer form at tinyurl.com/impartvolreg.</p>
