About this opportunity

<p>Hack for Good is the flagship annual student hackathon organised by Google Developer Groups on Campus NUS (the former Developer Student Club at NUS School of Computing). Teams build technology solutions to challenge statements set by non-profit organisations, with a focus on using tech for community impact.</p> <ul> <li>Open to students across tertiary institutions, typically working in teams.</li> <li>Run in two phases — a qualifying round and a grand finale hosted at NUS School of Computing (COM3).</li> <li>Recent editions have run in January, with registration opening in late December and finals by end of January.</li> <li>NPO partners provide real community problem statements; judging is handled by social-sector and tech professionals.</li> <li>Recent themes include AI, Community Building and Google Cloud.</li> </ul> <p>Registration links and current-cycle details are published on the GDG on Campus NUS chapter page each year.</p>
