<p>The Girls in Tech Summer Mentorship Programme is a three-month mentorship run by GovTech's Women in GovTech (WiG) Employee Resource Group. It pairs female JC, polytechnic, and university students with experienced GovTechies to explore a future career in the tech industry or public sector.</p><ul><li>Open to female Singapore Citizens or PRs currently studying in a university, polytechnic, or junior college</li><li>Mentees work on personal technical projects under mentor guidance to build technical skills and confidence</li><li>Exposure to different tech domains such as software engineering, data engineering, and DevOps</li><li>Runs annually over the Singapore summer holidays (the 2025 edition ran 19 May – 1 August 2025)</li><li>Organised by the WiG ERG (established 2021) alongside related initiatives such as the Coding Dojo and career conversations with industry leaders</li></ul><p>For information on the next intake and how to sign up, contact the Women in GovTech ERG via the tech.gov.sg Women in GovTech page.</p>
