<p>The BuildingBloCS December Conference is the second flagship conference of BuildingBloCS, held annually at a Singapore university and themed distinctly from the June conference. The 2025 edition focused on web development across eight curated workshops, culminating in a hackathon where students applied what they had just learnt.</p> <ul> <li>Eligibility: secondary school, JC, IP, polytechnic, and international school students in Singapore</li> <li>Workshops typically run across three days in early December, with an award ceremony around a week later</li> <li>Format: in person at the host university, with livestream access if the venue is oversubscribed</li> <li>2025 workshops covered UI/UX on Figma, Git &amp; GitHub, HTML &amp; CSS, JavaScript, databases, Tailwind CSS, React &amp; Next.js, and Anime.js</li> <li>Free of charge; the 2025 edition was hosted at Singapore Management University (SMU SCIS)</li> </ul> <p>The 2025 edition ran 8–10 December 2025 with an award ceremony on 15 December; 2026 edition dates will be announced closer to November.</p>
