About this opportunity

<p>The ASEAN Young Leaders Programme by Common Purpose brings together young leaders from across the ASEAN region for a blended leadership experience. Participants build bridge-building skills and cross-sector networks to tackle shared regional challenges, combining asynchronous online learning with in-person workshops.</p><ul><li>Blended format: around one month online followed by four days in-person</li><li>Open to young professionals and students from ASEAN countries</li><li>Free for participants, including accommodation, food and local transport during the in-person component</li><li>Covers diversity and purpose, personal branding, intergenerational leadership, and regional visioning</li><li>Running annually since 2018; in-person venue varies by cohort</li></ul><p>Participants cover their own flights, travel insurance, and visa costs. Applications open annually via the Common Purpose site.</p>
